I Am The Walrus

So my uncle managed to convince my dad to buy her a new, modern model. Notice it wasn't his money he was spending. So they got it and she never bothered to turn it on, even as much as it cost. She again insisted it didn't work.
Fast forward to my wife a few years ago. She kind of mysteriously was going to doctors appointments. Sure enough she bought one for herself. She still couldn't hear for shit. So she "upgraded" to an even more modern model. And I still have to repeat myself at least twice and often as not, a third time. My conclusion, they still don't work. Its just an income source for salesmen that have quit selling aluminum siding or windows.
I'm sure they work. Women can hear, it's the listening part they choose not to do. Lol
