This is a bad trend, guys. Let's just ask for advice and leave the call for experts and gurus out of the subject line, please.

At work they call them "SME's". Management has never been able to define what that is exactly, but they sure love to refer to them.

Subject Matter Expert (i.e. an expert on a certain subject)
