It's almost a certainty that anyone actually getting commercials from that embedded Rumble video is watching it on a cell phone, much like many (though not all) of the complaints re: links posted here that supposedly have a paywall.
I access almost all internet based content on a PC using one of two browsers; either Firefox ESR w/ AgGuard AdBlocker enabled, or Brave (w/ it's embedded ad-blocking features), and I almost never encounter these issues many complain about. Just Sayin'
