| You could pull the seat out and remove the cover and then wash the cover and cushion then dry. I don’t think your cushion is able to be saved.

Probably pink or purple in color depending on the temperature rating, and yes it should be propylene glycol. At least it's potable and ecologically safe.

| Get a carpet machine and shampoo it out ASAP and try to get all of it. The issue is going to be the pink dye. If that dries in the seat fabric I don't think you'll ever get it out. |
