I read thru it a couple of times, but it seems to be a solution in search of a problem. I can't figure out the utility here. Unless the 'arm' is going to aim and pull the trigger, I'm pretty sure you are still going to need both of your own arms.

I double checked the date on the article and nope it didn't come out on 4/1. Head scratcher for sure (Hey, there's a use for the third arm!)
