Well, good content is relative but I've rarely seen anything I'd consider good for free on Roku. Most of the content looks like old re runs from an eastern European country. No one's life, liberty or property is safe while the legislature is in session.- Mark Twain

I'll agree with that except I've found a few good movies on Crackle and there are a few of the cooking type channels that my wife likes. We take Netflix and Amazon Prime. Netflix is $12~ a month and IMO well worth it. Amazon has gone up in price but of course you get all of the Amazon benefits... free shipping, tons of movies, music etc. I think it's worth the price as well. Amazon Prime Video has a series called Comrade Detective that took place in Romania during the cold war. Interesting! ---------------------------------------------------- Dances with Crabgrass

I go directly to the Amazon site, and Netflix site, etc. and create my watch lists there. Trying to fight the interface of any streaming device is too cumbersome. To the OP, do exactly that, if you are interested in finding what is free, and "good" for you. You can browse (in your browser) to your heart's content. I won't make any recommendations, because only you know what is "good", but you can certainly find out what's available with very little effort and even before buying a device to stream with.
