Yes, and even if those little Flags were pretty inexpensive, the total value would probably be large enough to qualify as a felony. Put his ass in jail for a long time!

TRIOI know this is an old thread, but I was curious of any outcome of his actions. Not harsh enough, but it is what it is. Five charges against him, so I guess it was $100 per charge.
