I turned 40 today...
I remember 40, I was still a runner, pretty good shape. 35 years later, it has all changed, but 40 and before, and up to about 60, was great. Hope you are as happy at 40, and 75, as I was and am.

We share the same date, but I hit double nickels.

Hope you enjoyed the heck out of it. I try to do something memorable at each decade. For my 40th I went tuna fishing. I still remember hand lining my first tuna that day. Amazing trip on the water and coming home with a boat load of fish was a bonus.
