So sorry for your family's loss. We must never underestimate the danger posed by stalkers. What the killer did was the ultimate selfish act.

I really wish the legal remedy for stalking was much more strict and harsh.

My condolences to you and your family. Awful story. My brother in law was murdered by a couple of shit bags in KC MO about 25 years ago. They were both sentenced to life without parole. One of the mother fuckers is out now out (on parole) thanks to a fucked up appeal. The family has never completely recovered to this day
