Seems like Banks are either saying their new fancypants e bank platform is either not as secure as traditional services, and are clearly not as reliable. "Don't use these services for anything wherew your payment has to get to the right place on time"

I have used Navy Federal's bill pay service for years now and never had an issue with the delivery of a paper check. EFTs, the majority of the payments, are a no-brainer.
