1.What out of state commie cumguzzler wrote the terms of service? 2. Seems the same cumguzzler was not expecting the negative exposure to said unconstitutional terms of service.

I would cease to do business with them immediately and would tell them why. My Credit Union never had a policy like that, but I always take out cash when heading to the gun store.

The fuck? It's bad enough about the weapons related clause but alimnony payments and sending money overseas???
Next thing you know, you can't use your money to buy high cholesterol food and gas guzzling vehicles.
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." I would hazard to guess that every bank out there has some restrictions in its terms of service, mine does. BUT, most of the things I read in mine revolve around fraudulent or criminal acts.
The TOS doesn't say you can't buy or use your money for those things. It says you can't use their E-branch service for them. You can still buy or make payments using a CC or debit card.

Well, a good lesson for us all to read that fine print before agreeing! Somebody tried to slip that little policy in hoping nobody would read it. Hope that person or persons got reamed out for it. I would have taken my money out too, found a better cu to keep it in. Wonder if they lost any more members from this? At least they updated it after this fiasco.

Here’s a clue, but it’s not clear how I’d use a “e-branch service” to buy anything.
e-Branch: “Bank on your own time, wherever you may be. Available 24/7, e-Branch – our online/mobile banking platform – allows you to do just about everything you could at a branch from your computer, tablet or phone. And the best part? It’s totally free! You can access e-Branch through our website or download our ACU app to your phone”

Maybe.
True story: We owned property in redevelopment area. Part of the deal there was new construction had to meet architectural guidelines. I actually read those, then called the county person in charge of the redevelopment area to ask where in the world he copied them from. Key West was the answer. See, 80% of what was written applied to the preservation of historic structures and there were none of those in the redevelopment area.
Almost nobody reads that stuff.
