Having been a law enforcement officer/agent in NC for over 40 years and having been stationed in Chapel Hill for about 10 years I can say with full confidence, NOTHING will happen to her.

The courts are more liberal than the students. IF, and its doubtful, that it ever comes up in court there will be 100 attorneys volunteering to defend her for free.

Thirty years ago an old agent I worked with in Chapel Hill advised me never to go to court without having the cost of court (court fees) in cash in your pocket because eventually the charging officer would be required to pay the fees for those he/she arrested.

Its getting really close to that now. The UNC Law School has a student legal clinic that defends students and advises them how to avoid being charged with offenses.

Would the victim have been charged for laying her out?

"Why is he terrible?" you might ask. Because, those pictures he put on display show the REALITY of what an abortion is really all about: The murder of an unborn human being.

I have said for many years now that if a real abortion was filmed and shown on television, the whole argument would be affected in a huge way. The ratings would be off the charts - but the pro-abortion cabal in this country KNOW that, and they'll never allow such a show to be aired.

Another lesson from this video: There are multiple standards for criminal behavior. Here we see a woman assaulting a man, and she's on the side of abortion, so she gets a citation. Now imagine if a man attacked a woman and he was on the side of pro-life. A completely different standard would be applied, then.

I'd had knocked her block off and the calmly asked the cop to issue me a misdemeanor citation as well.

Thank you for clarifying what I was trying to say. You put it much better than I.

I sometimes think Bible passages get misinterpreted.

I believe God does not want his followers to be punching bags as much as he wants them to use good judgement. Someone comes up to you at the beach and kicks sand in your face, probably good to walk away. Someone comes at you throwing haymakers or try's to otherwise put you or yours down, probably a good time to not turn the other cheek.

Otherwise he wouldn't have many followers left I imagine.

I was raised that a gentleman never puts his hands on a lady. Also that a female is presumed to be a lady. Somehow, I couldn’t fault him he unloaded one good punch, broke her jaw, and laid her out. Were I there, I’d feel compelled to testify that it appeared a clear cut case of self defense to me.

Nothing new in Chapel Hill. I started working as a state law enforcement agent in Chapel Hill in 1980 part time and was stationed there in 1983. They were essentially the same then as now. Its always been a satellite annex of San Francisco.

The wise late Jesse Helms said that NC was wasting money building a zoo, that it would be more cost effective to put a fence around Chapel Hill.

This will be listed on her CV and celebrated as a badge of honor. There's going to be a whole generation of 'journalists/writers/artists' who will proudly have arrested for assault on a 'conservative' listed. Arrest citations will be framed and hung on the wall.
Likely her first misdemeanor, will get a pro bono lawyer to represent her, the DA will knock the charge down and ask the judge to simply issue 50hrs of community service and a pittance of a fee.
