Yes. Typical carry is 938 in the front pocket 7+1 of 124 grain golden saber and a 229/.40 in my pack with 3 mags of 180 grain HST for 37 more rounds.
If I am traveling and expect a bad court verdict (Ferguson verdict and down town Tampa location come to mind) I have a long gun in the truck with at least 3 30 round mags.
I don't think of it as paranoid, I think of it as prepared.

I carry daily for the defense of myself, family and friends. Fortunately I have an employer that explicitly allows CCW by policy. I've carried in my house and yard since that wacko in Cleveland shot a random person on Facebook live, then disappeared.
Generally CCW my Kahr P45 in a CTAC or Minotaur IWB from Comp Tac. In the house and yard I open carry my Sig P226 .40 in various leather and kydex holsters.

Every day, all day. Why? I’ve been a victim once, and it sucked. LCR in .327 Federal Magnum in warm weather; M&P 9c or Shield 9 in cool weather. I also have a S&W 351c that is my “I don’t have a gun” gun and also goes running 2-3x a week with me. Pocket carry 70% of the time, IWB and OWB the other 30%.

G43/G29 in OWB at 3 o’clock with two spare mags at 9 o’clock. I alternate between the 9 & 10mm depending on where I am going. I may carry extra mags in my pockets in addition to the two in the mag pouch depending on where I’ll be. I’ll either have my G40 with five mags in the vehicle or my 10mm AR as backup. I have a firearm with me everywhere it’s legal.
I carry because I would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. I want to to protect myself and my family so I carry a Glock 43 and it pretty much goes everywhere I do.

You should ask this question on some site that isn't dedicated to firearms.
I'd wager the number of "no" responses would outweigh the "yeses" by a large margin on a forum dedicated to say, cars. Or guitars, or the like.
And yes, I EDC a SIG P938 (I'm still waiting for that P365), with the flush 6-round mag in my front pocket, and an extra 7-round mag in my rear pocket.
You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

Weapon of choice is a GGI Sig P229 Elite in .357sig. Been carrying since 2007. Why? Because I value my loved ones, my life, and my freedom.
Any particular reason why you don’t carry when riding??
Back to the OPs question. Always!

^^^^^^^^^^ Like that. Whenever I can. I seldom go to places like Post Offices, let alone government buildings. The one place I can't carry that accounts for a significant amount of my time, is at the office. Strictly forbidden there, subject to immediate termination, no appeal, no nothing. Even on the property, so I can't leave it in the car, not that I would anyway as it's not a very secure parking lot and there are always a number of homeless hanging around. I've thought about going to the CEO (who claims to have an open door philosophy) and trying to explain the stupidity of such policies, but around here even that would probably get me on somebody's shit list. As for what, either a 1911 (Commander size) .45 or a 9mm XDm when heavier clothing permits, in warmer weather a Kahr CM9 or a .38 snubbie. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Expert308,

I do. Sometimes a spare (always a spare mag.) I carry a Glock 19. Sometimes (on a run or really dressy scenario) I downsize to a Kahr CM9 because I got it cheap and shoot it well.
As to why, I am a family guy and want to do what I can. But my favorite answer was from "John Connor" in American Handgunner some time ago.
It's harsh on those that don't carry when they can but I like it. Favorite part:
