Chinese govt locking people inside their homes and welding doors shut.

Also read they were blocking roads. No one in or out of certain cities to stop the spread of the corona virus.

I've seen video of them chaining doors shut and for the most part, the windows already have bars on them, or will soon.

So the chinese have mastered the art of welding wood doors to wood frames. Bamboo in fact. We may be able to send men to the moon and whatnot, but welding doors shut is interesting. But I'm assuming the commies have wood doors, the article seems to assume steel. Not sure why they just don't jump out a window or two.

Maybe the construction standards are so much better over there than they are here. Guess I do have a basement door and frame that are steel. But that sure wouldn't keep a resourceful boy inside. Guess the peon's are so tame they just take it and die.
