Any way to listen to my LG TV set with my Blue Tooth iPods?

A gun in the hand is worth more than ten policemen on the phone.
The American Revolution was carried out by a group of gun toting religious zealots.

AirPods, maybe?

You need to pair them with the device. Try searching on "pair AirPods with non-Apple devices".

You need to have a Bluetooth transmitter hooked to your TV. You should be able to find one that uses the headphone jack on your TV. Double check that the Tv has a headphone jack. If not you need a transmitter that uses whatever output your TV has. (RCA??? Maybe)

From there it should just be a matter of pairing the Bluetooth receiver (the headphones).

Now all that said. I don’t have AirPods so I don’t know if they are somehow proprietary but to an Apple device, but I would imagine they are just BT headphones.

If the TV has bluetooth audio out, or you get a bluetooth transmitter to hook to the TV audio output, yes. Modern TVs tend to have only optical and HDMI physical audio outputs, though exceptions to this exist.

However, depending on the TV or the transmitter, there may be a delay between video and audio.

Once paired, believe the quirky part is adjusting the volume.

If equipped, Siri might help in this regard.

Seemed too much trouble for my taste.

Maybe someone knows a hack, etc. for this.
