I don't think that is in his power to do. The evidence of the crimes she committed is all out there regarding the classified emails. DOJ for some reason abstained (as if we don't know why) and he took it upon himself to declare nobody would prosecute when it wasn't his job to do so. To my knowledge there is nothing stopping a re-opening and DOJ prosecution. “People have to really suffer before they can risk doing what they love.” –Chuck Palahnuik Be harder to kill: https://preparefit.ck.page

Be not wise in thine own eyes |
If he thought the memos on his meetings with President Trump were his own memoirs or diary, why did he leave a copy at the FBI office as well as in his safe at his home? If he thought they were truly his, why did he feel the need to leave copies available to the FBI? Clearly FBI property and he clearly knew it. “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration…President Obama’s administration before this. We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,” Pres. When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown
