What the heck is wrong with these people? That was like a protest, but in a work environment. Not what you do at work.

An HR directed employees back to their work areas/stations and to return to work. They refused and continued to make a scene. That is insubordination, typically something you can be terminated for in the work place.

Businesses don't have time for employees throwing tantrums or protests based on their inflated level of self importance.
