| I was in a conversation and nothing that was said was anything like "Hey, Siri." When my iphone announced, "here's what I found on the web." I looked at the screen and above it was what I had just said word for word. Then below that were search hits on what I had just said. So, yes, they're always listening. No wonder you can't take the battery out of your iphone anymore.

| Just wait until some criminal is arrested and they put Siri or Alexa on the stand as a material witness because they overheard said criminal planning the crime. Obviously tongue in cheek but on a more serious note, if phones are eavesdropping on us (and they clearly are) what else is being collected for use against people? Its very 1984-ish.
