I’m trying to come to grips with some balance and flexibility issues. I’m not sure I can handle yogo exercises, but Feldenkrais looks interesting and I might be able to handle doing some of it. Who has BTDT?

I have tried it, and know a bit about it. Mostly it helps retrain the brain to complete body movements more correctly. The system definitely helps some people.

As to balance issues, I do not believe it would have much of an effect. Balance problems are often caused by a low grade inner ear infection, that gradually extends along the cranial nerve. Most likely culprit appears to be a streptoccous infection.

The infection is weak enough that the individual does not "get sick", or have an ear ache. However over a period of years he experiences balance and hearing loss.

So, your benefit mostly involved improved flexibility?
