I had no idea that Liberty/FIU was a Tuesday night game?!? OT win for Liberty I see so several of us pass on through. TV scheduling I suppose. It was televised, right?

jmtgsx, do I need to make a different pick?

The timestamp of your post is 9:38 pm and kickoff was at 7pm eastern. If sigforum clock is also eastern, then you posted after kickoff. I would make a motion that your pick is invalid and you should pick a new team and do so before that game kicks off. Just my .02

Yeah that's what I was wondering but I couldn't find the kickoff time, thanks xd. I'll get another one posted here in a minute, just need to revise my winning stategy a bit first. Big Grin

ETA: Yeah, my timestamp says 8:38 and I'm Mountain time, so that would be 10:38 Eastern. The game was probably already over when I posted it.

It was. This week is awesome if you are a college football fan. There are games on TV each night.

Tonight: New Mexico State vs Jacksonville State.. then Thursday and Friday have multiple games:

The pickings are getting slim...
next week could be tough.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Agreed, that was an honest mistake for a Tuesday game.

Again, my offer stands. It's a nice house. I don't even need an appraisal on yours to take the wager....

You posted that JUST as it had ended in OT for a game that started weird and stayed that way. I thought you were being funny.

Well, I was going to say Army, but the big 3 teams I'd been saving for later all got beat on Saturday so I've had to rethink things a little. That includes saving Army for later. IF Pitt can pull it out this week, I MIGHT be OK for a while. Otherwise I'd be out of choices in about 3 more weeks. We'll see...

I really don’t want to follow the crowd and waste a pick on Army. I am just setting myself up for a championship run!
Good luck gentlemen.

Good luck! I called my Pitt buddy and asked him about the game. He said he wouldn’t touch the game.

10 weeks will be a pretty deep run for this pool, this year.

Sir,

What are you talking about? Next week is the week that the winners are gonna win and distinguish themselves from the losers!

The pool will be kiddiepool deep and full of turds still lurking under the surface. What could go wrong?

Well, I already have next week figured out. Wink
I’m just worried about the rest of you!
