In one of the most infamous moments in the history of NCAA basketball, The Ohio State team was savagely attacked by the Minnesota Golden Gophers team, fans and mascot.

Mischaracterized as a "brawl", it was clearly a one sided assault. I remember my disgust seeing the video at the time, and was amazed that no charges were filed, especially against Taylor and Behagen. The Gophers center was Dave Winfield (yes, MLB hall of famer) who got caught up in the spirit and attacked an Ohio State player-from behind, no less.
