Good for you! Keep it up, and best wishes. During my rehab, I spent a lot of time walking on the treadmill at the PT place. Holding on to the hand-holds, I felt secure without walker or cane. Also, no danger from traffic, or uneven sidewalks, etc. It got a bit boring, so I would prop my Kindle reader on the dashboard area, and read while I was walking. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים | |||
