Martin has 9 gas cans, plastic.
Most of them have the new horse shit spouts.
But three have the old style , preferable , no combination required spouts.

Would a three d printer be able to replicate the
Desirable spouts ?

Some places do sell an old style replacement spout.

He can more than afford that option ,but he wants a specific spout.

The time and effort to design the spout would be extensive. The material required to withstand gasoline may not be available in a consumer printer. There are replacement spouts of excellent design, as noted above.

Martin bought the wrong cans from the get-go.

There are plenty out there with easier pour methods.

I have several 3d printers.

The modeling time would be excessive for a single run part, and even with a strong industrial filament the corrosion would be severe.

PPGF30 would last a while, but testing for them is more for an accidental splash of solvent vs being immersed in it.
