We usually get it in the combo pack, with dehydrated water.

FTR, they also make rechargeable mini dusters. Certainly cheaper than buying cans, It's likely made in China though.

When cleaning pc's and I have cleaned 1000's of them, I use a can of air and then a portable mini-shop vac to pull the junk being blown before it escapes into the room.

a small compressor is way to heavy and way to noisy. Also, unless you have a water trap it can be pretty wet. Spray air, is dry, and has other chems in it to help it remove dust. Thats what they say anyway. Huffing these chems is what causes the 'high' I guess.

One of the photographers that I worked for rigged one of his scuba tanks to get the job done. He saved a ton of money.

The photo supply houses used to sell the dust off cans, they turned out to be Freon for A/C unit charging. Back then you could buy Freon cheap, so I did.
I'm sure what ever Freon is used now is more expensive but might be cheaper than a can of air.

Years ago I had a refillable can... had a valve like on a vehicle tire on the side that you used to fill it... seems it might have had a pop off valve too for safety.... never really held air for long and so I guess I ditched it...
