Okay, so Monday I drive home from work, park the car, make sure all windows are up / sunroof closed, because rain is imminent.
This morning I go outside, and all 4 windows are down about 3 inches apiece, and the sunroof is open in vent position. However, the interior was dry so it had to happen after the rain.

I've seen phantom locking on older Hondas, but never windows operating without input.
Had this happen to me when it was raining. I was not happy.

Its a honda thing. There's a "feature" on the key fob that automatically rolls down the windows some if you hold the unlock button to long at some point.
I had a Honda Accord 1995 or so. Had it for about 10 years. It did that a couple times on me. It's a combination of the buttons on the fob.
I found a youtube video on this "feature."
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." I don't know about 2011 but newer Hondas have a feature on the remote to do this.
You press the unlock button once then a second time and hold it the second time and then the windows and sunroof will go down as you hold the button down.
I wish you could set it so only the windows and not the sunroof moved. Also wish you could put them up from the keyfob.

Thanks for the replies. As some have suggested probably a "butt dial", or in my case "pocket dial". I'll try the hold down feature to see if it does it. This was the first time I noticed it happening.
I have a 2011 Pilot. If one presses and holds the unlock button on the key fob, all four windows and the sunroof open. If you release it at any point before the windows are down, they stop where there are at the point of release.
In fact I used the feature earlier today. I was in a parking lot without shade, I opened up the windows and sunroof to let some heat escape.
Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?

I have a 2008 BMW that does the same thing. The salesman showed me how to operate it, but he did it so quickly that I didn't catch how to do it myself. I didn't care because I have no use for it anyway. I'm very glad that it hasn't happened accidentally. makes me wonder if there is some way to inactivate that function on my car.
