A former neighbor had a hand written note taped to the front door, it read...

DAY SLEEPER, Do not disturb. I've seen it actually work on a couple occasions. People come up and read the sign and leave.

No one in the house was a day sleeper. Big Grin

Good idea ... thing is, don't want them coming up to the front door. Maybe a sign closer the beginning of the driveway.

This states it plainly without the gun and you will be killed references. As much as any sign will stop people this should work.

A friend of mine, a mechanical engineer, put a sign that said Day Sleeper outside his office.
