Given the 2 choices, which would you take? I have a Sonos soundbar which I quite like, but this will also see Midget duty where the weather resistance of the JBL is appealing. I have a Sonos Roam that I like very much. The sound is very good for the size. The biggest drawback is the battery life when not in use. It will drain itself trying to stay alive and ready to connect to whatever feed there might be that comes alonn. ———- Do not meddle in the affairs of wizards, for thou art crunchy and taste good with catsup. | |||

For me, the question is whether you might be getting more into the Sonos ecosystem. If yes, I would definitely go with the Roam.
