Exactly what I got once I realized I was way too old and relatively smart to be getting underneath cheapass stands. Pointed toward them by Sigforum of course.

Just ordered myself a pair of those from Amazon. Sigforum is the best.

I've used 4 Harbor freight jack stands for over 10 years, never had a problem with them.

I ensure they are locked in when i let the jack down and give the whole vehicle a few good shoves to make sure its stable and then recheck the stands.

It's unfortunate that these stands failed.

Thanks for the heads up. I have some very similar Harbor Freight stands but not part of the recall.

And once again, trusty SIGforum has caused me to spend money on quality stuff I should have.
