My latest obsession is Southernliving.com recipes.
Here are some of my favorites:

Rather than Refrigerate, I go right for the freezer.

You will either thank me or hate me, or both!

* the pre-made Graham Cracker pie shells will save you a lot of steps.

I baked sourdough cranberry pistachio bread last week.

Will probably bake a few batches of sourdough scones this weekend.

Check out icebox cakes recipes too. Southern Living has some. You layer cookies and all kinds of good stuff, the refrigerate a while. Some of them are really good too.

I can't get them! Had a friend that used to mail me a medium flat-rate boxful. But she got off my train and I no longer have contact with her.

A multigenerational favorite in my family has been the copycat recipe of Big Boy's strawberry pie. To me, this strawberry pie made with garden or farmer's market vine ripened strawberries is the epitome of summer.

It involves boiling water to utilize strawberry jello before putting in fridge so it's not quite as air conditioner friendly as the OP's cream cheese based ice box pies.

This strawberry pie recipe is very close to the handwritten recipe my family has used for 40ish years.

When I was growing up, my mother got a similar type pie recipe from a family friend. They called it a Cheesecake. I didn't know about the cheesecakes that were baked until I was an adult.

I bake often, in the warmer months I bake in our outdoor gas grill. It took a couple of tries to find the temps needed but I bake pizza, sourdough bread and bagels on the grill.

I recently learned to bake biscuits in the grill. I'm loving this! (And getting fat.)

God bless America.

Oreo are my favorite cookie so Mud Pie is my favorite no bake pie.

Crushed oreos, vanilla ice cream, a ton of whip cream and hot fudge swirled all over the place.

You will wake up diabetic but as they say, yolo.
