How and why would the owner of a stolen vehicle be responsible for any damaged caused if ,it was stolen from him ? unless total derelection ,even then i am not sure .since it was stolen. how can that be lawful ?just wanting to know.. that would be like someone breaking into my house steal my gun and shoot up a car or shoot somebody and they made me responsible for the damages ... oh i can see democrats push for that one though
