Not sure how to post this or if link will work. My FIL lost his dog this past week. If anyone in the area can keep an eye out, it'd be greatly appreciated. I know this is one in a million chance, but SF is pretty damn awesome, maybe we can get lucky.

Pics of dog and plea for help.

I read the thread title and thought it was a repeat of the Luttrell incident. Glad to hear at least there is still a hope.

Changed the title, hopefully it's more clear now? My FIL needs a win right now, it's been a very rough week for him.

Praying for a reunion very soon. Surely they need each other.

Do they have a local Facebook page? Might get more people in the area. Be sure to make it public so others can repost it and see it.

Same thing I was thinking.
In fact, I helped trap a cat last week near my shed which was on the loose for nearly 3.5 weeks (in freezing over night temps). The owners lived a block and a half away. Saw their post on the lost pets Facebook groups for the area.
The reunion with it's owner was heartwarming.

Hope for the same outcome (but sooner) for your FIL.

ETA: A quick search shows 2 FB groups for Redding, and 1 for Shasta county for lost pets

There is a community facebook page, already posted there. Wife has contacted one of the local news organizations as of last time I checked and is also trying others in hopes they do 20 second segment and put Seabees picture on the evening news.

He needs his companion back, I hope someone can catch Seabee.

Skins don't know if your wife wants to offer it. But I would offer a $150 reward for the safe return of her dad's dog. Feel free to reach out to me you want to.

I cannot seem to download your link so don't know if a reward is offered already.

Extremely generous of you ORC. There is already an unspecified reward for Seabee's return.

Current update is none. Hopefully someone will find Seabee who is both chipped and tagged.
