For those that use USAA Bank, and have at least $1000 direct deposits per month, they have a new credit card that has 2.5% cash back on all purchases. No annual fee. Its called the Limitless Cashback Rewards VISA signature card. This is one of the highest cash back cards on the market for ALL purchases, and not just limited categories.

Website is showing it as an online pilot, with limited availability, so you might have to jump quick to get this card.

Their USAA Cashback Rewards American Express has 5% cash back on gasoline.

I have an American Express card that gives me back 3% on groceries, and the Chase card that has 5% cash back on rotating categories.

I get back at least $1000 a year in cash back, just by using the correct card with the highest cash back.

Amazon Prime Visa card gives 5% back on all Amazon purchases.

REI Mastercard gives back 5% (as an REI dividend) on all REI purchases.

And I'm rocking the Chase Sapphire Reserve which gives back 3% on all travel (airfare, hotel, taxis ) and dining out.

Combine that with a Costco card that gives me 4% back on gas and 2% back on Costco purchases, and the American Express Blue Cash Preferred that gives 6% on Groceries....

and yeah....I get lots of points and cash back.

The pilot USAA limitless VISA card is not offered in all states but they say it will be eventually....

I've had one since June. I also have their AMEX card with 5% back on Commissary and Exchange purchases.

Not offered in my state, which seems like BS. Perhaps we can all try to update this thread as states become available?

Chase Freedom Unlimited offers a 1.5% rebate on all purchases.
Cardholder also receives a $150 credit when $500 is charged in the first three billing cycles.

I have one of those - 1.5% back for using their money for a half-month, on average. Hard to beat that.

But this one sounds like it would - if only I were eligible for USAA.

Sam's Club has a Master Card where you get 5% cash back on gas, 3% on dining/travel, and 1% on other purchases.

Capital One QuickSilver MasterCard gives 1.5% back on all purchases.

Costco VISA does 4% on auto / truck fuel, 3% on restaurants, 2% on Costco purchases, and 1% on everything else.

We are in the middle of a rewards card war, and our side is winning!

I have opened several new charge accounts over the past six months. The "best" cashback reward is from Citi double cash, 1% cash back on purchases, plus 1% when you make a payment. Also 0% interest, and a bonus rebate (of $200?) if you charge $1,000 within three months.

Wait there's more! The Capital One Spark business card gives you $500 bonus cash back when you spend $4,500 over three months - sweet!

I love it when banks 'give" me money - it makes up for the ridiculous low interest rates paid on deposit accounts........

Correct. I can confirm that is the terms for their very old school card that they came out with years ago. Those are not the correct terms for the new card. Website error.

Same here and 1% back on all other purchases!

I have had it about a year now and just tallied my cash back for the year just over $1200.
Prior to this card used my local credit unions card and would get 2 nights a year at a Ritz so about $800.
