Ear issues are nothing to mess with. Friend of mine was ignoring a "minor ear issue". Let it go a couple of days. He's now deaf in that ear and it could have easily been treated.

This should go without saying. Don't drive till you are absolutely sure you are past this. Put yourself through some serious balance type stress, what you see/feel while driving might induce a trip you can't complete.
