Boy was it good, just the right amount of burn. Lets just say this morning I became clean as a whistle and still a bit of a burn again!

I love deer sausage, but unfortunately, have not had any in quite a while.

Love that stuff.
Got a guy locally that produces it, and can't make enough of it to last more than a few weeks after deer season ends.

I love that stuff, too!

Several guys at work get it and bring it in. Matter of fact, I have a log in the freezer…

Never had them together. I bet it’s good as I’m a fan of venison sausage and a fan of jalapeño cheese sausage.

Sounds very good!
I don’t hunt anymore, so consequently I don’t have Venison.

When I hunted deer I would make jalapeño and cheddar venison brats. Man… talk about yummy.

Coworker makes sausages, jerky, salami from deer. It's freaking amazing. He brought in a bag of jerky handed it to me. I tried a piece and stuck the bag in my pocket. He said hold up, that's for everyone not you. Oops. I would have handed him a $20 for the bag.
