It's true, it's true.

This has been a passion of her's for a very long time. It gets more and more "official" every year. She's got a 2017 Ford Mustang GT and a 2006 Ford Mustang GT.

She's getting noticed and getting better with every time out on track. Picking up sponsors, winning trophies and awards, getting featured on SCCA's website.

I am the pit crew, car hauler, and photographer. I just love that she's chasing her dreams.

If any of you guys know of any potential sponsors that may be able to help her out please let me know. This racing stuff ain't free!

Here is a link to the website she's made. So proud of her.

Too broke to offer up any sponsorship but I can sure offer up a big dose of encouragement. Absolutely awesome she's out there doing what she loves.

That certainly falls under "living the dream." More power to you and her.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

100% awesome Quattro15! Great to see you two enjoying a passion together. I went to school in Charlotte, and try to make it up to Asheville at least once a year. Keep us posted on future races!

Very cool!

I was reading some of the specs on the cars and first thing I looked for was transmission. One of my old neighbors used to say, "standard is driving. When you're in an automatic, you're just along for the ride." Big Grin
