This appeared in our local news today. I did not include the link as the description of the assault on the boy was a bit graphic to post here. To be honest I'm surprised it made a major media news website.

Regardless it seems to me like this is EXACTLY what needs to happen when you catch someone raping a child. I personally have no problem with this other than his arrest and that he was charged. I doubt any jury could possible bring a guilty verdict against this guy. The police released a statement about not taking the law into your own hands. Pure BS if you ask me.

The rapist on the other hand needs to enjoy whatever entertainment prison can afford for him, for many decades.



EASTLAKE, Ohio - Two people are facing charges after the alleged rape of a 5-year-old boy and an assault that followed, police said.

Officers said they were called to a home Thursday over reports of an assault.

Richard Adams, 20, was arrested and charged with felonious assault.

According to documents obtained by WKYC, Adams walked in on a 17-year-old juvenile raping a 5-year-old boy. He then reportedly assaulted the teen.

i would think most jurisdictions would be pretty lenient against a person acting to protect a child
