No, it's not the main campus and I don't believe there is one. CSU is a 23 campus system. Hence CSULB, CSUS(acramento), CSUN (Northridge), etc. UC has 9 or 10 campuses and follow the same. Although when you say Cal, people assume you're talking about UC Berkeley.
