A recent thread I started @TheLair brought back this wise advise. Thanks to 6guns, whose favorite bands include Yes and Jethro Tull.

Yes is the attitude, the Sigforum attitude. Together we always can. And our spirit is an year round Xmas, the joy of being together, to help and care for each other, to be a family. A very large one. A very tight one .

I have so many things to thank you all for. Can`t hardly believe it`s been 15 years already since I first started lurking here. We`ve been through so much together...
My family has endured a devastating year, much worse than anything I can recall. There has been no joy, at all. None.
We vanished all hope a long time ago. Yet myself I`ve been able to count on you for support.
Joel95 has steered me away from the abysss more times than I can remember, can`t thank him enough for being my closest SF friend and goto guy when I can`t find a voice of reason in my head.
Like most of us, I mourn Jim Allen. He was a good counsellor and the wisest and kindest of men.

Xmas spirit is the way of Sigforum. Every day, all day. I thank you brothers.

My best wishes to you all.

SigForum: A small place of sanity (and kindness) in an otherwise dubious world. Many thanks to Para and the moderators, and Merry Christmas to all Forumites.

This is one great place to be. Others say it much better.

Merry Christmas to all and thank you each and every one here.

Nicky, seems like you've been the poster child this year for 'when bad things happen to good people.'

Here's hoping your 2019 is 180 degrees away from 2018 - you're overdue for a stretch of good times!

Nicky, I wish you and your family the very best and I hope things are far better in 2019!

As for the Tull song, it's a great one! And one I recently learned for Christmas this year!
