Ok, this is messed up..
Phone and two tablets (all Android, with their own service), non of them have access.
However, an iPhone which has no service (other than WiFi) is connected to a tablets hotspot, has access.

You're not the only one having this issue tho it seems to be specific to just the 2 of you. If you look down the thread, he had to update firefox.
