Late today, I started to have issues w/ creating new threads and/or reply to existing threads. When I try to do so, the new pop-up window that usually happens doesn't appear - as if I haven't clicked the button to create a new thread or to respond to a thread.

This is happening w/ Brave on phone. Brave on computer or safari on phone don't seem affected. I haven't changed any SW (ios, brave, configs). Anyone seeing this?

It was very slow to load either last night, or earlier today, don't recall. Its been a really long couple days & it's all run together.

I also have the issue with Brave. Chrome works fine

Wonder what the problem is. Still doesn't work for me.

Go to the app store search for Brave, and see if Brave has an update.

I noticed now that YT videos are playing either. They play if embeded into a post. But if I search for something and play the YT video from the results, it doesn't play - the new tab just keeps spinning like it's busy but doesn't show the video page. This is on the computer, not phone.

Some weird on the Brave side? Something changed on client side w/o telling us?

I think I figured out YT issue, at least on computer (haven't tried on phone yet). Looks like I can modulate behavior by changing brave setting to allow pop-ups and redirects. Not sure if this is a bad thing or not.

Yeah, Brave doesn’t work for me here since yesterday.

^^ This seems to be accurate...It's definitely an iOS thing! I just logged in using Brave on an iPhone 14 and NOTHING happens when I click on Reply. That said I don't typically use my phone for posting anyway, and in the rare occasions that I do, I would use Safari, as I have zero concerns re: tracking cookies, OR click-bait ads (or ads period!) while surfing SIGforum.

It’s more likely a problem with the iPhone version of the Brave app. Not an iOS problem. Expect a new revision of the iPhone Brave app to appear soon.

^^ Correct, it's BRAVE...on iOS only!

iOS and Brave have updated since this started. Has anyone resolved this? What brave or iOS setting needs to change for this to work again? Or is this forever?

I don't really go to other forums - is this specific to SF?
