Didn't they finish the 429?

You can safely go on 429 to the 408 to 50 and avoid I-4, altogether!

Looks like you are good to go! Big Grin

Absolutely - especially if it's with Space X.
I think I'd be ok with Virgin Galactic and Blue Origin as well, in that order. NASA would be dead last.
The Starliner is a prime example of how f^$k up they are. I'm not convinced Starliner isn't going to kill someone before it's all over.

I've lived in a hut in Africa next to a civil war; driven across the Sahara; flown in Russian civil aircraft; traveled to 40+ countries.
I'm now so risk-averse I can't believe it.
I wouldn't want to miss watching my grandchildren grow up--that's what I live for now.

I have been above flight level 50 more than once.....actually a number of times. I see no need to go any higher. I like it down here these days.

As a tourist, no. To accomplish something specific, yes.

Based on previous experience, I'll puking 'till I'm dry the first three days or so. Don't plan any important duties for the first 72 hours, and then I'll be ready to roll.

I would like to apologize to anyone I have *not* offended. Please be patient. I will get to you shortly.

Well, yeah, on the Rocinate, Serenity, the Enterprise, etc.

Not on anything we currently have that gets people into space. No thanks.

I don’t think one “flies” into space, by the strict definition of flight.
I would definitely fly into space (if 80,000 - 90,000 meets the definition of space) in a U-2 Reece two-seater aircraft. But strap one’s self atop a ballistic rocket; I would have to be unconscious to be onboard one of those things. Far too many deadly stresses involved during re-entry.

Not no ... But HELL NO.... to many variables on the way up exit Earths gravity as well as the return re_entry trip..... Even now with all of the sucessful trips what if the next one does not make a succesful trip..... ...... drill sgt.

The safety record for underwater submersibles was pretty good too. Wink

Even in this day of "multi-function printers, I don't think Canon has a model to get you to outer space - but I could be wrong!
