This isn’t incompetence, this is typical DNC dishonesty in restructuring the results. How every middle of the road democrat isn’t screaming bloody murder is beyond me. Since they seem to put such strong emphasis on the popular vote, why not simply show the numbers and declare the winners? The truth is, I hope they screw Biden to the top- that guy is ripe for a destructive meltdown in a presidential debate.
