VoshterkoffMeaning Of Rainbow Unicorn Emoji with Heart
She should say that she’s supportive of him being LGBT, and that now is a wonderful time to be open about it. If he is a peter puffer, no harm done. If it was juvenile nonsense, or beyond friendly, it will shut that down.

Mustang-PaPa^^I'm kinda slow, could yall explain this in simpler terms please.

ridgeratHave any MALE co-workers received this emoji directly from the new boss? Perhaps your wife can ask him to ask the boss what it means. This way, your wife can find out if there are any hidden meanings, without a confrontstion.
Overall, why are bosses and employees even texting each other? Everything should be handled in a professional manner, via email.

It copies the image or file from where it is to your phone.

Mustang-PaPaSo how does it get placed with the emoji when sent to get a emoji response from the recipient when clicked?

bdylanAny text accompanying the unicorn? Any messages immediately before or after the unicorn? Does he possibly mean it as the team being onto a unique idea or unique opportunity?

The boss may just be showing he is all-in with office politics.
Well you see she is in HR for a very large home health care company that's owned by one of the largest health related company's in the US. She covers a large tri-state are and he's over several others that cover tri-state positions which makes all this really uncool.
He is a new hire. They pretty much work remotely due to covid but if not for current covid conditions they would work out of the same office complex.
Anything she does is going to be a no win situation.
So if they are both in HR, he should realize that this is completely inappropriate and that any correspondence should be crystal clear without any kind of innuendo or vagueness that could be misinterpreted. Especially in a large corporation, this makes zero sense.

SIGnifiedSuper simple explanation… New guy trying to fit in, celebrates gay pride week inappropriately in a corporate communication.
Go woke, go broke.

Austin228I'm betting it was a attempt about pride month , unicorn has rainbow horn of the alphabet people, big giveaway, I doubt it means he wants to get with your wife.

Lefty SigI would reply that the kissy heart is inappropriate business communication from a supervisor and could constitute an improper romantic advance within the chain of command. The unicorn part is secondary.

One would think he should know....But...
I know how she is taking it and her co-worker is also seeing it as very weird and very un-acceptable.
The company is pandering to the alphabet groups with a page on the home site.

If I get a work e-mail with an strange attachment that seemingly contains code and can execute actions like saving or resending itself I'm asking IT to get involved and advise them it came from a new employee to make sure it doesn't contain a virus or spyware or etc.

chongosuerteI’m glad my work environment is not like this.
We are juvenile, tell dirty jokes, locker room stupidity, memes galore, etc.
Probably the last position I’ll have like this, but it is wonderful to not be scared of offending everyone while it lasts.
Knowing what one is talking about is widely admired but not strictly required here.
Although sometimes distracting, there is often a certain entertainment value to this easy standard.

That is beyond weird. If it doesn't cross"the line," it sure is close.

erj_pilotI'd say she needs to go on the offensive just like the Libtarded sunsabitches do to "us". I recommend she go directly to her supervisor on Monday and express her concern and offense at the texted material. If HE is her boss, then I believe it appropriate for her to go to HIS boss and voice her displeasure. Fight fire with fu**ing fire!!! I'm SICK of this bullshit that "we" can't voice our concern when "WE" are offended.
What I want to say to these fukktards is, "Yeah...I'm offended at YOUR gay and pride bullshit and how you throw it in my face CONSTANTLY. Just get the f*** away from me, leave me the f*** alone, and let me live my life. You do the same, asshat!!"

I would definitely advise against bringing this up. There's no upside to be gained and lots of possible downsides.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly.
