I'm pondering the purchase of one. I liked the looks and feel of it. I think I have stumbled upon a great deal, 900. Any real world speriance out there?

I'm assuming you mean the STI I can't recall any major issues with any of their offerings. 900 is about 400 off what I can find for street price when new. if you like it buy it.

Thanks, I did mean STI I'm typing this on my phone. It seems like since my latest update, every 5th gets changed as my phone does not like it. I'll edit it if I can. If this could be moved to the pistol section, I'd appreciate it!

STI makes fine pistols. We have two, a 9mm Shadow and a .45ACP VIP. Only one problem and that was with the VIP. Seems the slide stop was out of spec. I bubba honed on it a bit and didn't get where I wanted to be so I called support. They had me a new one via mail in 3 days. They are tight. Be sure to lube with a medium to light weight viscosity oil otherwise you could have feed/ejection issues. No grease!

I use an STI EDGE for USPSA games. If I could carry my edge off duty I'd do it in a heartbeat.
