I tried corn bread once. What I got was a lot closer to corn dust.

Jiffy mix.. always been dry.

Until, a recipe online 'how to make jiffy cornbread moist,

Jiffy box
1 egg
1/3 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c veg oil (or a little less)
1 Tbsp sugar (optional)

After cooking, you will no longer have dry jiffy cornbread.
