Looks like there's some heated activity going on over in Africa, and the Portuguese went back into their former colony to deliver some lead. Surprised the UN said they were ok with it, maybe they thought they'd deal with things like Fijian or, Nigerian troops.

Interestingly, as seen briefly at ~1:36 and more clearly at ~2:50, there's at least one guy in that para unit equipped with a MP5K and a Ballistic Shield, for clearing buildings.
