PSA- potential auto insurance savings for age 55 and over
Interesting. I talked to my SF agency today and the claimed the only program similar to what has been described is for drivers under age 25 or with what they deem to be a poor driving record. Since I do not fit either category, they politely gave me the bird.

I googled "State Farm discount for seniors and safe driving course" and came across this page:

https://www.statefarm.com/insu...uto/discounts#states

It says that discounts vary by state, and you can search your state. When I checked Louisiana it was there for drivers over 55 who take an approved defensive driving course, and when I checked Michigan that particular discount was not available. Sorry!

Anyone else, check your state from the link and drop down box, and see what you have.

Louis that's what Debbie and I have. We took the defensive driving test again last week. You know I'm over 55 Smile
