Hi all I have a Honda EU2000i gas generator that would be nice to have the flexibility to run off of propane, and convert back to gas easily if desired. Anyone every do this? Any suggestions on kits? I found this on pretty easily. https://www.hutchmountain.com/.../91082106/category=0 Thanks JB --------------------------------------- It's like my brain's a tree and you're those little cookie elves.

Also look at us carb. When installing the kits make sure to take pictures of any throttle or choke linkage before you remove it Us carb conversion kits _____________________ "We're going to die. Many of my friends have converted their3 generators. I've been wanting the multi-fuel/propane conversion for my generator for some time. I admit I'm cheap, I just can't get past the over $200 cost. All it is (other than the regulator/hose) is basically a tapped tube and plate.

I recently watched a Youtube video of that very product, and it sure looks like a quality product. The conversion looks simple, and the result is clean and easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to do it myself if I was so inclined. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etOBuzmByvk ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "We are more concerned with American Idol than we are with American Security and freedom..."

Thank you Very little |
google generator propane conversion kits, I found several that were significantly less expensive, it's a good idea, I've considered it as we have a 120 LP tank on the house to heat water and run the stove, would be nice to eliminate running for gasoline during power outages, would need to run a line from the tank for it to connect to that tank.

Doubtful... |
I did it to a 7,000w Troy Bilt that I have. Easy to do. Remove carb put spacer in place and reinstall carb. Also, have to mount regulator. It took about 1/2hr and cost a little over $200. It sure is nice to have fuel options. Best regards, Tom I have no comment at this time.
