BurtonRWWish me luck [update pg 2 and 3]
Stupid question, Sweden, but are you represented?
If not, you need to be. If so, I'd be very interested to know what your options are at this point, legally.

arfmelI hate to hear that Colorado has become infested with GDC judges like California has.

I greatly appreciate all the support.
To give a semblance of what I'm dealing with; I lost a custody hearing today, and was informed by the judge I can have access to my daughter (a day a month) or guns, but not both. Along with state investigators and annual salary size lump sum paymentS.
I have primary custody of my son, and can't understand the ruling.
Sweden,
Asking this in as sensitive way as possible, but is there more to the story that you have not yet shared with us? This is like the Sophie's Choice of Custody Hearings.

SwedenYes I was represented. Their side lobbied every horrible allegation you can conjure up, and without a scrap of proof.....she was believed. Combined with my medical complications and age of the child, here I sit.

Not to downplay your situation, but this focus on female "rights" in court is nothing new.
My step dad's first marriage ended in a divorce.
She was playing around with several different "acquaintances" and even in his house. He followed here one night, with a pistol and, fortunately, a good friend. Tramp was caught on the back seat of her car with her companion of the evening in the saddle.
Stepdad pulled out his pistol but his buddy convinced him that divorce was better as they had definite proof.
Fast forward to the divorce proceeding. Judge ruled that she got the house and he paid, car, alimony and child support until the kids were 18. Judge said it was UNFAIR of him to follow her around with a witness.
He and I speculated many years later as to whether she had been screwing the judge, too.
He told me that he kind of wished he had shot her and her stud of the evening. Would have been a helluva lot cheaper, and he would probably have gotten off with, at most, a few months in jail.
