Just ferment it. It'll keep better and be more fun to drunk.

Gutpile CharlieJust a quick reply to notify that Gutpile Charlie is alive and well and found the stolen today at his local Aldi's. This is a high point of the season. In one of the recent years, we didn't get any all year. I always try to pick some up beginning in September, but this year it was running late. The clerk in the store commented that many people had asked about it already. It usually lasts until just about Christmas.
I picked up a loaf of cherry, but have not tried it yet. All is well. Thanks be to God.

bald1Would love to find a cherry stollen without any raisins or almonds (allergic to the later). Any suggestions aside from homemade?
